Hilary Duff in Leggings

Hilary Duff has been showing up in photos lately looking pretty cute. And from about the knees up I can dig her in this photos. But those boots do nothing for me. They are quite ugly with the rest of her outfit. I do not care for leggings and boots. It's not a pleasing look. Either wear some stylish flats or strap on a pair of high heels and vamp it up.
