I don't know - I still think Lindsay Lohan remains the queen of leggings. She has been wearing them consistently since about 2005. And in 2008 she was really wearing them often. Paparazzi said she had worn them for 3 weeks straight in early 2008. Lindsay even launched her own leggings line.
